Who controls your data
Yousef Al-Mazeedi Software Design & Programming Co. (SPC), Commercial Registration No. 546574, Kuwait.
For any privacy question or request, contact contact@goapp.net.
What we collect
- Your contact details — name, email address and WhatsApp number.
- Project material — the brief, text, images, logos and any other content you give us to build with.
- Session records — the WhatsApp conversation in which the work is agreed and carried out.
- Account access you choose to share — for example domain or hosting credentials, where you ask us to deploy on your behalf.
- Transaction records — what you booked, the amount, the date and the payment method. Your full card details are handled by Hesabe and are not stored on our servers.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Credentials you share with us
If you give us access to a domain, hosting or third-party account so we can deploy your project, we use it only for that purpose and only for as long as the work requires.
We recommend you change any shared password, or revoke our access, once your project is delivered. Ask us and we will confirm in writing when we no longer hold access.
Why we use it
- To deliver the session you booked and build what you asked for.
- To take payment and issue your confirmation.
- To answer your questions and handle complaints or refunds.
- To keep the transaction records the law requires us to keep.
- To measure how our advertising performs, in aggregate.
Showcasing work
We may want to feature a project we built as an example of our work. We ask you first, and we will not publish anything you ask us to keep private.
Ask us at any time to remove your project from our showcase and we will do so.
Cookies and advertising measurement
This site uses cookies necessary for it to function, and the Meta pixel, which reports to Meta Platforms that a visit or booking occurred so we can measure our Instagram advertising.
We do not send Meta your project material or the contents of your session.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and limit ad personalisation in your Meta account settings. Blocking cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Who we share it with
We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
- Hesabe, our payment gateway, to process your payment.
- Our hosting and email providers, to run the site and send your confirmations.
- Meta Platforms, for the advertising measurement described above.
- A competent authority, where we are legally required to disclose.
We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers operate servers outside Kuwait, which means your data may be processed abroad.
How long we keep it
Transaction records are kept for five years, as Article 24 of Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 requires.
Project material and session records are kept while we support your project and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us, then deleted on request.
Technical and cookie data is kept for a short period for security and measurement.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Write to contact@goapp.net and we will respond within 30 days.
One limit applies: where a transaction record must be kept for five years by law, we cannot delete that record before the period ends. We can still delete project material and remove you from marketing messages.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and payments are handled by a licensed gateway. We limit access to booking and project data to the people who need it.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will tell you and the competent authority without undue delay.
Children
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Legal framework and changes
We handle personal data in line with the laws of the State of Kuwait, including Law No. 20 of 2014 on electronic transactions as amended, and Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 on digital commerce.
If we change this policy, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top.
