1. Who we are
ClawHire is operated by Yousef Al-Mazeedi Software Design & Programming Co. (SPC), Commercial Registration No. 546574, Kuwait.
Email: contact@goapp.net · Phone / WhatsApp: +965 5500 4402
These details are published in accordance with Article 10 of Kuwait Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 regulating digital commerce.
2. The service
ClawHire lets you book an AI agent by the hour to build a website or application for you.
You choose the number of hours and a time slot. At the scheduled time our AI agent contacts you on WhatsApp, gathers the remaining detail, and builds in real time during the session. The result is deployed live.
The service is delivered during the hours you book. What can realistically be completed depends on the scope you bring and the hours you purchase — a larger scope needs more hours.
3. Prices and payment
Hourly prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) on the booking page before you pay. The amount shown at checkout is the total payable; no handling or service fee is added afterwards.
Payments are processed by Hesabe, a licensed payment gateway in Kuwait. Your full card details are not stored on our servers.
Your booking is confirmed once payment is authorised. You receive a confirmation showing the amount paid, the total, the date, and the payment method used.
Additional hours may be purchased at any time at the rate then displayed.
4. Your part
The session runs to the clock, so a session is only as productive as the material you bring to it. Please be reachable on the WhatsApp number you gave us at the booked time, and have your content ready — text, images, logo and any accounts we will need.
If you are unreachable at the booked time, we will try to contact you during the slot. Time lost because we could not reach you counts against the booked hours.
If you need to move your slot, tell us before it starts and we will reschedule at no charge.
5. Ownership of what we build
The website or application we build for you is yours. It is deployed in your name, and we will transfer the domain and hosting to your own accounts on request after delivery.
Third-party components used in the build stay under their own licences. Our internal tooling and the ClawHire platform itself remain ours.
You are responsible for the content you ask us to publish and for holding the rights to it.
6. Acceptable use
We will not build anything unlawful in Kuwait, anything designed to deceive or defraud, anything that infringes another party's rights, or anything obscene.
If we decline a project on this basis we refund you in full for any hours not yet used. We do not keep payment for work we refuse to do.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 gives consumers a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract concluded electronically, subject to specific exceptions — one of which covers a service that has already started with your explicit consent.
In short: cancel before your session begins and you get a full refund. Once the session has begun, see the Cancellations & Refunds page for exactly what still applies — including our commitment where the work is defective or not delivered.
8. What we do not promise
We build to the brief you give us within the hours you book. We do not promise any particular commercial outcome — search ranking, traffic, or sales — because those depend on factors outside the build.
Where a third-party service we deploy to has an outage, we will help you resolve it, but we are not responsible for that provider's downtime.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Complaints
Contact us first at contact@goapp.net or +965 5500 4402, quoting your booking reference. We aim to answer every complaint within two working days.
You may raise a complaint with us for up to six months from the date of the transaction.
If we cannot resolve it, you may escalate to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI), which supervises digital commerce in Kuwait. Nothing in these terms limits that right.
10. Records
We retain transaction records for five years, as required by Article 24 of Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026. The Privacy Policy explains what that covers and how it interacts with your right to request deletion.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 on digital commerce, Law No. 20 of 2014 on electronic transactions as amended, and Law No. 39 of 2014 on consumer protection. The courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction.
Nothing in these terms removes or reduces any right the law gives you as a consumer. Where a clause here conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the legal right applies.
